Dr. Dennis is a big believer in supporting the community. Because of that she’s started a “Charity of the Month.” Each month, Dr. Dennis chooses a different local charity to help support. A donation of $25 per new patient referral is given to the charity. The practice then matches the donation up to $1,500!

In November we were proud to support Talons Out Honor Flight, a 100% volunteer-driven organization dedicated to honoring our nation’s heroes. Since 2013, Talons Out has served Southern Michigan Veterans by providing all-expenses-paid trips to Washington, D.C., where they can visit the memorials built in their honor. As part of the national Honor Flight Network—which has brought over 300,000 Veterans to these memorials since 2005—Talons Out offers a day of remembrance, reflection, and gratitude for those who served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Our April charity of the month was Loaves and Fishes. Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes began in 1982 through the collaborative efforts of several downtown churches and human service minded individuals. These congregations and individuals recognized that their neighbors were struggling to put food on the table and believed the community should have a coordinated approach to addressing this need.
