Jill – Human Resources/Team Leader

I’ve been in the dental field for over 28 years.  I attended Dental Assisting school in Indianapolis, Indiana and have worked on and off over the years while raising our family.  I worked for Dr. Dennis when we first relocated to Michigan over 20 years ago.  We became very good friends and our families as well.  I love working for Dr. Dennis; she is absolutely the best!!  Her work is exceptional.  Her ability to grow and her need for new knowledge in the dental field is phenomenal.  I’m thrilled to be part of the dental team at this office.  I enjoy the people (patients and co-workers) and I look forward to meeting new friends.  You will love it here also.

Amanda – Dental Assistant

I recently moved from Virginia to join Dr. Dennis' team. I have been a Dental Assistant for six years and am continuing my education to become a Certified Dental Assistant. The best part of working for Dr. Dennis is that her team is very hard working and caring. I love that Dr. Dennis is always seeking new ways to help her patients achieve the best possible dentistry. I recently married in June and am very excited about living in Michigan.

From the very beginning we have been impressed with Amanda's very high skill level and intelligence. She is very well organized. Amanda stays well connected with our patients. Diane – Dental Hygienist

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and have been with Dr. Dennis for twenty-three years. I am a graduate of Lansing Community College and have been practicing dental hygiene since 1981. When my husband and I moved to Kalamazoo in 1987, I was lucky to find a dental home with Dr. Dennis. I was and still am impressed with her thoroughness and commitment to her patients. Working with Dr. Dennis has challenged me over the years since we continually strive to keep up with current research and technology. We are big Western Michigan University Bronco fans in our home. My husband works in the athletic department at WMU and my daughter is currently a student there. My hobbies include reading, running, and I love to travel.

Dr. Dennis says: “Diane is a very smart and wise women and is well-read. She has a thorough, careful touch and is kind and sensitive. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Diane is excellent at listening to patients’ concerns and helping each patient to reach the highest level of oral health that one can have.”

Alli – Dental Hygienist

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. I truly enjoy working with patients to achieve exceptional dental outcomes, because everyone deserves a beautiful and healthy smile. I was fortunate enough to become part of Dr. Dennis' team and love working in an office where patients are truly valued and are our priority. I am impressed with Dr. Dennis' attention to detail and exceptional quality, which makes her work unmatchable. I have been happily married for four years to my husband Collin and we have two Yorkies, Riley and Taylor, that we adore.

Dr. Dennis Says, "Alli brings a breath of fresh air to our office. She is full of energy and new ideas. We all appreciate her enthusiasm and fun. She is very bright and shows great care in treating our wonderful patients."

Ashley – Communication Manager

I was born and raised in Beulah, Michigan, which is three hours north of Kalamazoo. I have an older brother, Brad, who is recently retired from the U.S. Army.  He served two deployments, one in Iraq and the other in Afghanistan.  He received a Purple Heart, and is truly my hero.  I moved to Kalamazoo in September 2010 after graduating from Northwestern Michigan College located in Traverse City, Michigan.  My fiancé goes to Western Michigan University, where he plays for the Men’s Basketball team. We have three dogs together.   Stella and Dexter are pugs and Mia is our German shepherd.  I love the country, so Kalamazoo is a big change for me.  But I’m learning to enjoy the city, I just really miss the lakes and the great outdoors.  I truly feel blessed to be apart of this team.  I have never been around such a devoted and caring group of women.  Dr. Dennis is truly one-of-a-kind!

Dr. Dennis says:   Ashley is truly a superstar.  She has a strong work ethic and is very talented with computer work.  Ashley is the “Voice of the Practice” and loves helping our awesome patients with scheduling their appointments.  She is a lot of fun and her enthusiasm is contagious to everyone around her.
